  Payment method:

1) Five payment modes: online banking payment, international credit card, remittance transfer, Alipay payment and WeChat payment.

2) Please indicate "LDIA2021 + order number" by means of remittance and transfer. After remittance and transfer, please prepare the electronic version of remittance and transfer voucher, and timely "upload voucher" on the conference website, so that the financial personnel can understand your payment situation timely and accurately.

  Invoice application:

1) For Chinese authors

After successful registration and payment, the email and mobile phone number filled in during registration will automatically receive the link to apply for the invoice. You can apply for the invoice through the link or return to the conference website to apply for the invoice in the "personal center".

 

Invoices applied for on or before June 27, 2021 will be issued on June 28-30 (ordinary VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant's mailbox, and special VAT invoice will be collected on site on the day of signing in); invoices applied after June 27 will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the conference (ordinary VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant's mailbox, and special VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant's place) Address).

 

2) For foreign authors

After successful registration and payment, the email filled in during registration will automatically receive the invoice.


  Upload Voucher:

1. Follow the steps of registration and payment. When you select "remittance transfer", you can see "upload voucher". Please click and upload the remittance transfer voucher.

2. Log in to the conference page → "dashboard" → "my order" → "upload proof" to complete the operation.


  Cancellation and Refund Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 15 May 2021. No refunds will be issued after May 16, 2021, but cancellation requests can still be accepted. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to secretariats. The refund fee is 50% of the registration fee and will be refunded to the original account within 7 working days after the end of the conference.
